into the north bay and '60s there as well. upper 60s expected in napa and a little bit chillier in san francisco getting up to only 62 degrees. the full forecasters coming up including showers. >> oakland police are searching for suspects this morning following a deadly shooting saturday. the shooting happened just before 5 p-m on 8th street near the west oakland bart station. you're looking at video from our helicopter partnership with abc 7 news. a male victim was pronounced dead at the scene. this was the second homicide in oakland on saturday. a man was fatally stabbed on the 700 block of east 11th street. >> in the north bay. the coast guard is investigating how a ferry collided with a small boat injuring two people. one of them is in morning. the accident happened around four o' clock saturday afternoon. with a goldengate ferry. that ferry was on its way

to san francisco from sausalito and had five hundred peopleno one on the ferry was hurt. but two people on the boat were injured. one witness describes what she saw. we saw the coast guard coming in. we realize there must have been an accident on water and they were dragging the ball with them and it was pretty messed up. one person still below the boat, and he was not in the best shape. >> the small boat was towed back to sausalito where the investigation will continue as to what lead to the>> an antioch man is injury this morning after driving his brand new harley davidson through a wall. here's vdeo of the damage. this happened saturday evening when the man was trying to pull into his garage. instead, he lost control of his motorcycle, crashing through the wall of his neighbor's garage. no one was home at the time

we are back at 811. the white house has drafted a new bill on immigration reform. for under the president's plan, the estimated 11 million undocumented immigrants in the u-s would have a path to legal residency within eight years. the president has said that he'll only send his bill to congress if lawmakers don't move fast enough on reforms that they are also currentlyrecent polls show that more than six in 10 americans favor allowing undocumented immigrants to eventually become citizens. but rubio who is drafted his own immigration reform bill, call the presiden't's>> the family of olympic runner oscar pistorius is denying charges that he murdered his modelpistorius' uncle says his nephew is numb with shock and grief over the death of his girlfriend

reeva steenkamp. the uncle strongly denies charges that oscar planned to kill her. pistorius, dubbed 'blade runner' for his high tech south africa for overcoming his disability to compete in the london games. steenkamp was shot and killed valentine's day at pistorius home in the capital. police are holding pistorius pending a bail hearing later the northeast is a bracing for another strong winter storm. it is beautiful here in the bay area in beaumont creek.

it happened saturday afternoon on an interstate southwest of detroit. it appears to have involved at least two dozen cars and trucks, a car carrier and a tanker truck. this was just one of several snow-related crashes this weekend in the detroit- area. no word on any injurie. part of the northeast expected to get another round of winter weather. 68 in. in the boston area 10 in. of snow other places. we have nothing to complain about in our neck of the woods. here is a live shot of the golden gate bridge. dealing with some fog out there but we are expecting plenty of sunshine in the afternoon. current

anniversary of japanese- american incarceration. nearly 120-thousand descent were forced to live in camps during world war two. an event in san francisco women. organizers say today is also meant to remind people to protect civil liberties. the free annual event takes in the city's japantown. it's dedicated to the memory the longest-serving japanese through downtown san francisco for the annual chinese new year 5-k and 10- k races. this morning. place at the asian cultural center in oakland. it included an arts and crafts expo, cultural performances and artist workshops. all to celbrate the year of the snake. >> due to lack of funding three parks in marin county were in danger of closing. but as kron 4's jeff pierce explains a way was found to save them. >> well a couple years ago it looked pretty shakey. china camp state park in close when the state park system was battered by state budgetcuts. we have been in triage mode in the last few years in ha in addition to the historical china camp village, the park has some of the best single track mountain bike trails in the

bay area, trails the mountain bike team train on. to come and hang out at the park. but concerned citizens of marin raised nearly a million dollars to save china camp from closure, money that was matched by another million dollars from state parks. saturday those fund raising groups signed a partnership with the state park system to formalize that agreement. that matching money, which was part of the undisclosed funds embarassingly discovered nearly two years ago in the state parks budget, will bring enough funding for three marin county parks to stay open for two and a half years. china camp, olompali, and samuel p. taylor. three ago. as welcome as those funds may be, state matching funds will not be available in the future and state park officials realize that partnerships with local groups will be essential in saving a park. we don't know if that's

already immortalized on film, there's an anonymous by some accounts - fired the shots that killed osama bin laden. but that seal told esquire magazine the military has abandoned him. this shooter served 16 years, went on hundreds of missions and he gets out four years early, he gets no pension, zero pension. the commander of all navy seals is now firing back. quote- "this former seal made a deliberate and informed decision to leave the navy several years short of retirement status." a military official showed that memo to cnn, but it was never meant for the public. the commander sent it to the seal community, in response to the shooter's accusations that he had arthritis, eye damage and blown discs, but no health care or pension. the seal commander says he voluntarily left the service - despite the option to stay in. quote "claims to
